  • Selective lithium extraction by sorption using different mineral sorbents from geothermal brines of the Upper Rhine Graben and the North German Basin
  • Analytical methods for mineralogical and geochemical characterization: X-ray diffraction (XRD), x-ray fluorescence analysis (RFA), optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES), electron microprobe analysis (EMPA), Raman spectroscopy, microthermometry, polarization microscopy
  • Petrological investigation of igneous rocks and hydrothermal systems (alkali magmatites, five-element veins, Hg mineralizations).
