Profile
Research interests:
My research interest lies in the occurrence, abundance, and extraction of critical metals, such as Li, Sr, B, from geothermal waters in Germany. I am particularly interested in understanding how metal concentrations vary across geothermal systems and in developing effective sorbent materials for their selective extraction. By combining field sampling of natural geothermal sources with laboratory-scale sorption experiments, I aim to evaluate geothermal waters as a potential secondary raw material resource.
